Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Trivia marketing site, trivia library, account authentication, protected application shell, and related support interactions.

Live multiplayer games, billing, custom trivia, and player-room data are not part of the current service.

When you create an account, we may receive your name, email address, authentication identifiers, account timestamps, and basic source metadata. Supabase processes passwords and authentication sessions; Trivia does not receive your plaintext password.

Visitors may also generate standard technical records such as IP-derived region, browser type, referring page, requested route, and performance information.

• Operate, measure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
• Understand which trivia topics and calls to action are useful.
• Respond to privacy, accessibility, or support requests.

Trivia relies on service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and session storage, Online Group Games for shared product infrastructure and first-party analytics, GitHub for source hosting, and Google Analytics only when the optional measurement ID is configured.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Authentication requires cookies or similar browser storage to keep users signed in securely. Optional analytics may also use cookies or related identifiers. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

We retain account and technical information only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or meet legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access is restricted and secrets are kept out of public source code.

Trivia may be used by adults hosting activities for families, classrooms, churches, and youth groups. Children should not create accounts unless permitted by a parent, guardian, school, or organization where required.

You may request access, correction, or deletion assistance by contacting support. Because authentication is shared with Online Group Games, account deletion may affect access to other products and will be confirmed before it is completed.

This policy may change as multiplayer, billing, and creation tools are added. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
